Upper River Services operates six towing vessels. Our vessels are dispatched to service customers in the St. Paul and Savage harbors and use state-of-the-art technology to keep customers informed. Our vessels are United States Coast Guard inspected and in compliance with USCG Subchapter M requirements.
Upper River Services cleans non-CDC dry cargoes at both the Pigs Eye and State Street locations; the State Street cleaning location is also a United States Coast Guard approved tank barge cleaning facility.
All cleaning services are environmentally sustainable and comply with local, state, and federal requirements.
We also offer a wide range of repair services including, but not limited to, marine ways and dry dock services, welding, fiberglass repairs, crane barge and floating repair rigs, and a full machine shop.
